"The staff were all great. Personable, helpful as they answered multiple questions from our travel group. Loved the orange infused water at the front lobby/food area. The night team were especially helpful. One of the employees came in by accident on a day she didn't work and was waiting for a ride to be picked up. We came in and the person on duty was bot at the cou ter yet, she greeted us and said she qoukd get us started and helped get us checked in and then passed off to the person coming on shift. She went above because she was there and so were we. She didn't get paid for that. She just cared enough to help us out. The person taking over, he answered all my questions and helped us to get a meal qhen most places were closed.
I would say, the breakfast was fantastic. On the last day we were there I would just mention the person cleaning started doing the floors
.she coukd have mentioned to us she was going to start mopping. But instead started splashing Cleaner throughout the entire dining area. That made it very difficult for us to get out. This also could have caused an accident. I would just let us know or do qhat another employee did and mopped a section at a time so people fi ishing their morning breakfast had a chance to do so and leave. And one thi g I would add that most hotels miss. Have your breakfast team say good morning and welcome guest to the area. It's a big opportunity to start people's day off on the rigjt foot. A warm smile goes a long way"
