Cabin Rentals in Morrow County

"Had to be moved rooms immediately because first room had garbage under the pull out sofa and the bed was dirty and once moved the second room the sink was broken in the bathroom there were no towels in room or in housekeeping, the elevator didn’t work! I tried going to the bar/restaurant and waited but never helped! "

"The staff never answered the phone and because the elevator did not work I had to make several trips to complain about my room. The water did not drain from the sink and they said it’s a known issue, which was not acceptable. The hall smelled like smoke, which crept under the door. The worst was that the heating unit was unplugged, which I thought was odd, but it still didn’t work after plugging it in. This was a major issue because it was cold and they claimed to have no other rooms available. It was not fixed during the stay and I was only offered a $40 credit. I would never stay here again. "

"The room smelled like dog, the carpet was wet in the room, the tv remote did not turn on off the tv,floor lamp bass was rusty, bathroom needed repaired toilet seat and tile was missing. On the good side the grandkids enjoyed the pool it’s big enough to enjoy and small enough you can keep watch of your kids. I don’t think the pool towels were washed they just put them in a dryer and at times no towels were available. Most important my grandkids enjoyed the pool. The breakfast was typical, hotel was busy so the eating area and trash was not kept "
