"The hotel is great for kids! They had a great time! However one person on the staff was very rude! They told my wife that she needed a wristband in order to sit in the pool area. I said: NO PROBLEM… But than I noticed that some of the white guess didn’t have a waistband. Keep in mind… that we’re the only black family. "The staff are amazing! I had called to let them know that we’d have a late check-in and had to call back twice since we kept being delayed. The staff were very kind and accommodating. Checking in after 1:00 am and finding spotless rooms, comfortable beds and updated bathrooms was so nice. Breakfast was good—loved making the mini waffles!"

"Hotel was right off the highway, so was very noisy. Room was dingy and very outdated. Toilet barely flushed, there were ants in the bathroom. The sheets seemed cleaned, but bed was very uncomfortable. My card quit working for no reason, so I had to go to the office to reactivate it. I bought a pop from the vending machine. It was all sticky and was barely cold. I did not feel safe leaving my belongings in the room, so I took them with me whenever I left."

"Light and outlet over the sink was not working. Room hall light did not work. Door from parking lot to hotel was inoperable. Floors in bathroom were not clean. The fire alarm sounded in the middle of the night for about 30 seconds. The breakfast was good."
