"This house needs to be looked at by a home inspector. Their is an obvious odor in the living room of mildew or mold, the floors are severely warped with soft spots, and there are light switches (ex: vanity lights in master bathroom) that are not operational. We were left with one towel per bed, for a 5 day stay, only one extra roll of toilet paper, one extra trash bag, only 4 laundry pods, and the creamer at the coffee station was curdled. "Had a great stay. The house was immaculate, cozy, close to tons of shops and restaurants. All areas of town were easily accessible. The back yard and fire pit was a great escape. We had an amazing time in Wilmington and will choose this property again if it's available for a future visit. Pet friendly, clean, and we'll maintained. Thank you!"

"the house is super cute, just as described. it's very clean and the walkability is great. only downside was trying to communicate with the owner. I had questions about our stay due to hurricane Erin coming through and residents on the coast being asked to evacuate right before our stay was to begin. It turned out fine, but I was disappointed that the owner never responded to my email."
