"I had a travel day from hell and when I called (almost in tears) to tell them my check-in would be in the middle of the night not only did they accommodate but were extremely nice and reassuring, and then they upgraded me. He then called the next day to check in on me and ask about my sleep. THESE PEOPLE ARE THE KOBES OF HOSPITALITY. "My family stayed here for two nights because we had a wedding in Newport. A great location and very easy to go back and forth to the events. The location is very pretty on the water and with a view of the bridge.
There is a cute coffee shop a short walk from the hotel.
The bed was comfortable and the room was spacious but the bedroom is very small. There is less than a foot from the foot of the bed to the furniture and about the same distance from the side of the bed to the AC shelf!!
