"Clean room and good access"

"The pool was cloudy and had things floating in it. Clumps of hair around it. Rooms were old and outdated. Beds and pillows could use an upgrade! The location is really what sells this place"

"We loved all the lobby space-lots of room for our group to gather. There were low of breakfast items to choose from on the menu. We didn’t like the crowds at the pool, especially when one of the pool staff said some people at the pool were “day guests.” Given the cost of our stay, we don’t think “day guests” should be taking away our pool space and deck chairs!"

"The hotel was well maintained and the staff was very friendly and readily available to help in any way. They offer a free shuttle hourly but there is also a bus stop nearby that goes straight to downtown more frequently."

"The hotel was absolutely beautiful. Clean, amazing views and so central to everything you could imagine in that area (i.e., shops, cafes, restaurants, etc.). Staff and cleaners were super friendly and knowledgeable about any question(s) we had. We really enjoyed our stay and will not only be back soon, but also will be sure to recommend this hotel to any of our family/friends that may be going to Newport! Thank you for an amazing pre-birthday weekend :)"

"The room and stay was amazing, super cozy with easy parking and plenty of space. My only issue was that there was a lot of sound coming from the room above (not their fault, it was just annoying) so maybe don't stay in the lodge if you think that would be annoying."
