"Pros:
Check-in was a breeze.
They provided a Handicap accessible room upon request. Grounds were clean and the staff was excellent. Asked for extra towels and pillows and they were quickly provided. Very Polite. If your looking for a clean and comfortable place to sleep this will serve you well.
Cons:
Amenities - the only chair in the room was a desk chair. Presented with a lounge type chair to allow to sit comfortably and read or change your socks... wasn't there.
There was no microwave unless you count the one in the lobby. They sell mac n cheese and ramen noodles cups so if you don't plan on eating out everyday or having food delivered this may be a problem.
A few kerig coffee pods with the maker were in the room when we arrived. They were not replaced. The coffee at the lobby was there the first day, absent the second, cold the third. As I travel with instant coffee this wouldn't have been a problem if there was a microwave.
I like a cup of coffee as I put on my socks in the chair that wasn't there. I'll probably go back and remove another star just thinking about it.
The pool was closed, evidently for a while by previous reviews. Did not look for it or change my review. Also it has a limited workout room I didn't use, there were those that did.
Summary:
I expected better. We stayed for 3 nights, we had planned on four. Bad weather, the missing micro and chair, and completed business, we chose to leave early instead of play the tourist for a day."
