"The hotel and sfaff at hotel was great. The breakfast was so delicious! The only complaint at all is I think there ought to be some type of shuttle to take you over to the Ark Encounter ticketing. I generally don’t mind walking but we had to walk across the Ark Encounter parking lot which I thought could be a safety issue. And one of our party was handicapped on crutches. "

"The toilet seat in our room was loose and when my son sat on it the seat went sideways and broke. I notified the front desk and the staff were courteous and willing to take care of it right away. Great staff! "

"Shopping at Walmart was handy. Eating facilities were close by. Arc Encounter destination was close by. "

"The stay was amazing the only issue we had was with hotels.com not forwarding our reservation to the hotel and we had to call and find it luckily i had it on my phone still cost me 15 minutes at front desk."
