"It’s very hard to get someone to clean the room or any room service. The black lady at the front desk was very rude and nasty to customers I believe her name was Camilla, i called her on the phone from my room and told her my room was not clean as I requested it to be done and no one came. she than said well all works gone for the today and I need to come down for towels because she is busy so my husband when down for the towels and she send him and told him he need to come back with the dirty towels in order to get clean ones.like he is working for comfort suits it seem like even the manager is very much non existent and responsible I speak to Akash Patel the general manager and didn’t do anything but listen to what I had to say and he’s respond was I will find out more information on the situation/ the front desk women and get back to me which he never did. These Indians from India just want to make money and provide poor services. DID EVEN WASTE YOUR MONEY OR TIME TO STAY COMFORT SUITS."
