Condo Rentals in Polk County

We stayed here whist visiting relatives locally. We found the rooms great, the pool amazing and the location ideal for us. The reception staff were very helpful and we would definately stay here again.

breakfast could do with being better with more available

Exactly what one wants on a business trip. No hassles. No surprises.

Nice hotel, Rooms were good, clean and beds comfy. Complimentary self service Breakfast was not bad and the only nitpicking moan was that there were no milk or creamers in the room for coffee or tea. No big deal as there was plenty in the lobby but a bit of a pain having to dress to get it.

My wife and I have used this motel 3 times in the last five years. We have always been met with a friendly smiling face and great service.These guys are always ready to go the extra mile and are a credit to the company. We have visited all 50 states and stayed in 100s of motels and this one is in our top list of favorites. We will be back..

I love this place,I always stay here when I come up north & it's very reasonably priced! The room I stayed in this time was just remodeled and it's looks awesome. Thanks again guys for the great stay!
