"It was close to everything i needed and yet peaceful"

"This was an absolute gorgeous place to stay. Had everything we needed. Perfect location to the Cleveland Clinic. Had the shops we needed close by. It was immaculate. The only drawback was the three flights of steps that were not mentioned in the listing. My husband is an older gentleman and that was hard for him and the lack of air conditioning. "I am writing this review to share my experience with the room. Unfortunately, we were not happy with our stay. There was a strong foul odor that smelled like cigarette smoke, and the room felt very stuffy and congested. Since arriving, I also experienced itching and discomfort. We ended up not staying and tried contacting the host, but unfortunately were unsuccessful. However, we contacted Evolve and informed them of the situation. "Spacious, clean, renovated old home with plenty of parking. Close to many things we wanted to see (less than 10 minute drive to Little Italy which has tons of excellent italian restaurants and bakeries!)."

"This place is disgusting. This listing should be pulled when we arrived the smell of mold and sewer were sickening and the tv was on a wall with no outlet unae to be plugged in. The hose refised to respond and I have reported them to the city. There were bugs on floor and cigarette butts in drawers. It appeared they live there as there were clothes hidden in several closets and some of the diahes had food on them in the cabinets.
