"Although my mom and I experienced no significant issues during our stay at Holiday Inn Convention Center in Stevens Point, we were a little surprised at the minimalism of housekeeping. They'd take used towels and replace with clean ones, but our beds were never "freshened up", like fluffing up the used pillows, tucking in of sheets, etc. We didn't expect a full laundering of bedding like in the old days, but we were a little surprised at the lack of basic bedding maintenance. "It's actually a "residential" hotel. Very sketchy looking, but no indications of drug activity. The previous tenant left their clothing in the drawers & took the remote for the TV. We advised the office, so we wouldn't be charged for the missing remote. The bed had new sheets, but the bathroom looked nasty."
