"The rooms were very clean with plenty of space for my husband and I. The breakfast was AMAZING! The only thing I will say is the check in, check out process was a little confusing because we didn’t realize we had to go into the restaurant. But when we figured it out, everything was great. If you like old Florida and your stay to be a part of your experience, I recommend! "

"Lovely inn with lots of little niceties for guests- happy hour, evening desserts, great breakfasts, and more. So close to all the St Augustine sites yet in a quiet and walkable neighborhood. We parked our car for two days and could walk to all the restaurants and sites. Innkeeper works to provide everything the guests desire. "

"We loved the location of the property and the proximity to St. George Street and downtown. The manager was very attentive and communicated via text, which was so convenient. He was also kind and friendly. We really enjoyed the daily breakfast that was included. Yogurt/ berries, eggs, bacon, hash, coffee & juices. Very nice. The property was clean and cute, but as with many homes in this historical district, it could use some TLC with the paint, hardware, and that’s why my score was not a 5 in...

"We had a wonderful stay at Victorian House! The room and bathroom as well as the sitting area in our bedroom were pristine, bright and tastefully decorated. The staff was very courteous , helpful and went out of their way to make our trip super pleasant. The breakfast was delicious and very elegantly presented. The homemade cookies that were available throughout the day were absolutely decadent! It was fun to meet and chat with other guests while nibbling on simple but delicious appetizers...
