"Was good walking distance to get to downtown as well as easy access to get to the freeway for out of town trips. Property was well lit and parking was under cover, but laundry was at one end of the block and garbage at the other. The door had been kicked in at some point, which didn't make us feel comfortable, people were outside yelling and setting off car alarms at 3am, very limited cookware in property, and smelled of an old smokers home. "Overall the stay was good. We didn’t realize that we would be staying in 2 separate units but it worked out. The basement entrance was right next to the sewer drainage and did not smell pleasant. Also, the entrance to the 1865 club was through the basement entrance next our unit and was a bit loud. "

"NOT A 4 BEDROOM. this property is advertised as a 4 bedroom and it is only a 3 bedroom. We had 8 adults. 2 of the adults had to sleep on a couch. There was only 6 Bath towels so 2 of the adults had to drip dry. When we got to the house it was 15 degress out and the 2 dining room windows were open and had no screen on them so from the outside anyone could of crawled into the house and it was super cold in the house.
