"I wish I could give this property a better review. The room itself was quite nice. It was clean and spacious and the kitchenette was very nice. However, we booked a two-queen room and when we checked in, we were informed they only had single king rooms available. This was unacceptable as we needed two beds to accommodate the number of guests we had in our room. The young man at the desk did offer a $50 discount for the inconvenience but that doesn't put heads in beds. I expressed my concern and asked if they could do anything to help. They don't have roll aways so that was not an option. I continued to explain that a room with one king bed was not going to work and he continued to explain that they had over booked and did not have any other rooms available. A manager was not on site and I didn't want to continue expressing my frustration to the poor kid when it wasn't his fault. It was a very frustrating experience. We were traveling with multiple families who were all in the same situation and it was on a weekend when all the other hotels were also booked so we didn't even have the option of going to another establishment. They finally got a manager on the phone and he agreed to comp our rooms which was helpful because we ended up going to the local Walmart and buying air mattresses for additional sleeping accommodations. Add to this a questionable clientele and visits from the cops to the hotel, and it's safe to say we will not be staying here again."
