"Activities for kids, parking was ok. I had bugs in room . Cockroach n other bugs. My room was so Far from everything . I don’t think I will be back. "

"Our stay was perfect. Clean. Staff friendly, convenient parking. Perfect place to stay, close enough to the island and feeling out in the the county side. The only downside is the pull out bed is not comfortable. But we would most definitely stay again. Like i said perfect location. "

"Horrible business management. I booked a 2 night stay at Wyndham Great smokies lodge to celebrate our son’s 3rd birthday. He was so excited to stay here and use the water park. We booked well in advance and paid in advance. We drove several hours to get to this hotel. While we were in route and less than an hour from the hotel to check in, Wyndham calls and states they have overbooked the hotel and cancelling my reservation. They offered to put my in a different hotel which is obviously less...
