"Our rooms didn’t have face towels or floor towel for the shower only very thin/ worn full body towels. I found a dirty sock rolled on the corner of the floor by the balcony. Restaurants close at 8-9pm despite Google says 10-11pm so we were only able to eat pizza instead of the steak house. For the price of rooms parking no included"

"The DreamMore resort was a wonderful experience for my wife and I and two teenage grandson's. The room was exceptionally clean and freshened up each day. The bunkbeds were surprisingly spacious and comfy. The staff were very friendly and helpful, especially the lifeguard's my younger grandson made friends with. Thanks for a memorable vacation!"

"Great place to stay; room was clean and spacious. Hotel staff very helpful when you need anything. Only issue was hard to use the pool tables or golf simulator b/c other guests would hog the time and not give others a chance to use them. So, we never got to try those out. Pools were nice, hot tub great temp. Overall, a great place to stay. Would recommend."

"Horrible business management. I booked a 2 night stay at Wyndham Great smokies lodge to celebrate our son’s 3rd birthday. He was so excited to stay here and use the water park. We booked well in advance and paid in advance. We drove several hours to get to this hotel. While we were in route and less than an hour from the hotel to check in, Wyndham calls and states they have overbooked the hotel and cancelling my reservation. They offered to put my in a different hotel which is obviously less...

"Our check in lady was incredible, super friendly and helpful. She greeted us warmly whenever we passed by, like a brand new friend. Unfortunately, the other front desk staff were not as friendly or helpful. Maybe they have too many other responsibilities because it seems their focus was not on the customers. We took advantage of the $10 breakfast, which was very nice and great value. Great price for breakfast which included cooked, bakery and cereal items. Overall, we enjoyed our stay."
