"Room was amazing, clean and pleasant view. My kids loved the bunk beds and us parents loved the bedroom had a door. Fun water activities. The grounds were beautiful with lots of fun things to do. We roasted marshmallows and sat by firepits. Kids placed putt putt. Would stay again. "

"It was a good stay. The rooms were clean and comfortable.The only issue we had is trying to find the location for our deluxe suite. The directions are not clear after you check in. Even the people working at the information desk were not entirely sure how to tell us to get to our room. But we finally found it. The garage is very small also. So be sure you get there early to try to find a good spot to park or you have to go back out the garage on the highway to turn around to go right back in....

"We decided to take a quick weekend away with our large family to Dollywood. It’s always so hard to find a place that can accommodate my family. The Lodge was incredible. We didn’t feel like we were staying at a hotel. It felt more like we were staying in an upscale loft. We will definitely be back. Honestly, we could have skipped Splash Country and just enjoyed the amenities the hotel had to offer. "

"Right on the river with a balcony. I assume you would have to ask for the river side. The room was nice. Two queens separated by the bathroom. Fridge, safe, sink and mirror outside the bathroom. The some of the Ice machines where down. The pool and breakfast across the street but it want a deal breaker. We paid $120 through Expedia. "

"On the outside it doesn’t look like much, but when walking in, you’re stunned with a beautiful lodge like entrance and very friendly staff. They showed us how to get around the property, what’s nearby, and our room. My family and I stayed for 5 days and our experience was wonderful. Every morning, the floors in the lobby were being mopped and towels were changed on the third day in the rooms. On one of the days the washing machines were down and they had them fixed attentively on the same day...
