Over all our stay was good. We did pay for a balcony and a jacuzzi but were very disappointed in the balcony view since the room we had seemed to be positioned beteeen 2 buildings we got nothing but a view or a building. It was in walking distance to many attractions and the pool and slide were nice

I don't think you can beat it for the price. it's a great deal, room was very clean, very cool indoor pool with a water slide for the kids. it's close to everything. staff are generally helpful. second time I've been here very happy.

A decent place to stay if you’re just passing through. The room was large with plenty of facilities. Breakfast was decent too. My only complaint was the constant noise in the hallways; management should consider stricter policies, especially at night.

We really enjoyed our stay at Grand Smokies Lodge Resort! The room was nice and clean, the price was affordable, and the location was perfect. It was close to everything we wanted to do in Pigeon Forge, which made our trip so much easier and more enjoyable. We would definitely recommend this resort to anyone looking for a comfortable and convenient place to stay!
