"An okay stay not worth the price. Their system was down when we arrived and we were not compensated they had us wait for about an hour to check in. The room mirror had dark spots/stains. The parking lot was a little far from our room. The restaurant was overpriced with very few options to choose from (however they are in the process of making a new restaurant idk maybe that’s why?). A staff member misinformed us that the market closed at 10 when really it closed at 8 so we were not able to grab a last minute snack or beverage from the market. I just expected more from the resort I felt let down. I pray that if anyone decides to stay here they have better experience than I did."

"Not a misstep anywhere, and even a Bay view from our window! Avoid the wildly overpriced snackbar in the lobby, but everything else is perfect."

"We rode a motorcycle and the location was very good, no major hills to deal with in traffic and easy to get to from the CA1. We paid for parking through Expedia, highly recommend that as it was much less than the $65 at the hotel and they let me park the bike myself, which was the only way I would have done it. The hotel and the room was very clean! The only surprise was that there are very few rooms with view windows, like 5%, but that was not a deal breaker as the rest of the place was very nice. Breakfast was good, but I have had more options at other Holiday Inn Express'. Over all it was a very good stay, I like Holiday Inn Express for their consistency in cleanliness and quality. I highly recommend."

"I ABSOLUTELY LOVED THE CRUSH LOUNGE! I WAS THERE EVERY NIGHT OF MY STAY 4/23-4/27. All the servers were cool and my main guy was Miller. Management was very nice and recognized my birthday. I would go back there again! The Velvet Margaritas are to die for!"

"Used valet parking and staff did EV charge our vehicle overnight as requested. Used our $15 credit for dinner at the hotel restaurant. Bed was very comfortable and bedroom had all the amenities we required."
