"Positives: comfy memory foam bed, clean space, nice location. The rooms are in a converted historic building, and while many interior features are attractive, the project seems very rushed, and a lot of important items are missing or poorly done (especially to be a four star as they claim)
Most importantly, the AI model is a hellish experience. The communications pretend to come from a real person but are coming from a computer. The AI ("concierge") will waste 30 minutes of your time going...

"We had a very nice stay at Shorelands Guest Resort. We were only in the area for one night, but would have liked to stay longer. We had a small room, not a cottage, and it was perfect for our needs."
