"What a spot — an amazing location literally on the lake! We enjoyed the views, the sunset on the boat dock, and the availability of the house’s kayak that we took advantage of for a spin on Cayuga Lake. The bedroom is spacious and comfortable and while the kitchen is compact, it was fine for two of us to make breakfast. And it’s convenient to all that Ithaca has to offer."

"Peaceful and quiet but wifi is spotty. Overall, the best place we have ever stayed over our 20 years of military overnights."

"The space was cozy, clean, well-appointed and spacious. The owners are communicative and helpful. 5 stars."

"The little house on the lot is an oasis!! Plenty of room and space for a family. Beautiful design and details around every corner. We will definitely be back!"

"Fantastic place to stay. Beautifully renovated church. "

"While this was an older property, it was clean and comfortable. For a small unit having two full baths was a plus."

"Absolute nightmare with BATS flying inside the property at night causing us to panic and lock ourselves in the bedroom, which was the only room with a door. We were 4 adults and we had to huddle on one queen bed all night while the bats were flying all over the house! Even on check in, there were dirty wet towels on the floor, trash in the bins, beds were slept in! No cleaning was done after the last guests checked out. On contacting the host, the host promised to resolve the situation but did...

"The property is amazing! Clean, well kept! Would definitely stay again!"

"We never set foot in the place unfortunately. We got to the property after dark and it was unlit exterior The door was not programmed as promised and we could not get in. The owner didn’t respond to our or the property management company’s many communications for two days so we had to stay at a run down hotel which was all we could get at 9:30 on a Friday night in the middle of nowhere A week later the owner still hadn’t responded or apologized for our family’s considerable inconvenience...

"Nothing at this property worked and it was really dirty! FILTHY"
