"We stayed here during Memorial Day weekend, the elevators didn't work and they put us on the 3rd floor. I have a handicap friend who had an horrible time going up the stairs. It's like we couldn't even leave the room to avoid the steps. And they said it wouldn't be fixed until after we leave. Horrible. I usually love Hyatts but I will not be staying here again!!!"
