"The home was very nice. However they had a house keeper who lived under the house, who was up all night drilling and sanding in the garage. We were there for 4 nights and he was up late every night. The listing says you have the entire house, but you actually share it with multiple people. The rented portion is closed off to the other parts of the house. Also there were stink bugs everywhere! "This was a perfect property for a small group. It is a cozy remodeled, very clean cottage, that had a great yard for relaxing. It is right outside town, so it is an easy walk to all the activities. The hot tub is nice and there is a fire pit and a garage with foosball and a ping pong table. The bed was really comfortable but we used the white noise machine provided because it is located off the highway. Our small dog was very secure in the fenced yard. "We visited for the Goonies 40th Anniversary, and even though I didn’t get to see any of the cast, it was an amazing first trip to Astoria! The location was perfect—made it super easy to explore the town on foot. The room was awesome, especially with the second bed being in its own separate space. We’ll definitely be back.
