"The only staff member who provided hospitality was Marina in the 1878 restaurant. Other than that, the staff acted as if it was a burden for them to be working. No one looked happy to be there. The food at 1878 Restaurant was awesome. The resort is run down. Not clean, needing repair, bad smells, chipped paint, and stains. They bill you as if it's a 5 diamond hotel but feels like a run down motel. The landscaping seemed like it was done by someone who cares. Never again will we stay...

"We booked a room at the lodge. Upon checking in we were told we had an “upgrade” at the treetops. We didn’t have time to go to the additional location, which is 5 minutes up the road, so the staff told us we could check in at the lodge (where we had booked initially) because the check in at the other location closed by 9 pm. We enjoyed dinner out and got back late. When we went to open our room, we noticed it looked occupied. We left and called the hotel. They then told us the other guests...
