"We found a bedbug in my bed, after it bit my fiancee, reported it to management, and they tried to make it seems like i was lying after showing them evidence of the bite on my fiancee and the actual bug itself caught on video..I will never rent a room again there. I will definitely not encourage anyone to go there."

"Very standard, budget feeling hotel overall. We were given a room that had not been cleaned (ew!) and they didn’t have the same room available elsewhere so we went to dinner while they cleaned it. When we checked in for the second time, they offered us a late checkout and a free item each for the inconvenience. That was nice, but for a prepaid room that was not available when we arrived… I feel like they could have done better. Breakfast was not great but not terrible… vanilla. Worst thing…...

"There is one outdoor for the entire resort- it was way overcrowded and hard to get service- we asked for 2 hours from 2 different servers- who would just keep walking past and avoiding eye contact.
