"Air conditioning leaked and was noisy. The whole property smells like wet carpet. This was NOT a $400 per night room or experience. I do not recommend staying here, just visit the amenities and stay elsewhere. Two night minimum was also not expected."

"Rooms are very comfortable and updated. Staff was all incredibly helpful and very friendly. Used the outdoor pool on 2 different days and it was comfortable and clean. Great patio space with comfortable chairs and a really nice outdoor bar. Lots to do on the property. We stayed 2 nights and didn’t even get to do everything!"

"The pool was great indoor and outdoor. Didn’t like I had the reserved room double queen lakeside view for over 5 months and the day before I call they have me in a different room. It got resolved but started the trip on a bad note. My son ordered there chicken wings at the pool deck bar and started eating it noticed the chicken was well under cooked."

"Bath room needs to be updated. Refrigerator in room was not working. Breakfast was minimally adequate but have much better in comparable hotels."

"We only stayed one night but the room was clean and comfortable, the staff was pleasant and friendly and helpful with questions about the area. We ate that evening at the Oak & Oar, the restaurant attached to the hotel and had a great meal by the windows overlooking Lake Geneva. In the morning we were able to get fresh brewed coffee and breakfast croissants at their breakfast kiosk. We would stay there again on our next trip."

"We've had a terrible stay. We were there for the 4th of July. Well first it took them hour - hour and a half to check us in. They have 2 locations, we booked the one with the pool but they tried to put us in a lodge on the other side of the property. When we finally got the room, it was a nice room, close to the pool but in order to get there you have to pass through the indoor pool and also the automatic door to get into the hotel on the side of the proprety where the room was didn't work so."
