"The best part of the stay was the breakfast buffet- clean and a good selection. The room- 1. The bathroom is pitiful- the toilet and sink are sized for midgets- the heights of each fixture are oddly way below the norm- I thought I was in an ADA room. 2. The bathroom fixtures were loose- connected to the plumbing only, and not the wall. 3. The bathroom needed a makeover. 4. The corridor smelled. The problem with Best Western is that it should be called Worst Western. The room decor is so out of date, worn and dirty looking. Next time- I think I'll take a pass."

"Although the room was less expensive than others in the area, the hotel was surprisingly awful. There was no remote for the TV, no air conditioning and the Continental Breakfast was remarkably scant. I was told the AC could not be used since the heat was activated for use. My room was 76°! It was very difficult to sleep and no apologies were provided. Also, the website was blamed for the false advertising of a working pool and a single king-sized bed."

"This is a fairly new property and it is very clean and well-maintained. The grounds are beautiful, being right in the lake, and although it was too cold to use the pool, it looked very nice. Our room was a king with a balcony, and it was comfortable and spacious. The bathroom was beautiful and the shower super nice! Definitely not your normal hotel bathroom. Tapestry properties are a step up from regular Hilton hotels and we’ve found the two we’ve stayed at very, very nice. Highly recommend!"

"There was no name on the building, the sign had been covered in black plastic, there were big hand-written cardboard signs in the windows, one of which said no vacancy, there were no sheets or towels available, they cancelled our reservation without telling us, we got out of there as fast as possible. It looks like it’s a short term apartment building now. This should NEVER have been on a HOTELS.com website. None of the staff were wearing uniforms or name tags. Super sketchy."
