"Had a great stay here. Very nice hotel and lots of food options and things to do. "

"We had just spent previous night in same Holiday Inn Express Hotel in Jasper, Alabama where we were greeted warmly and offered complimentary cookies, coffee and lemonade on arrival. Nothing like that in Bloomington hotel. Also, room smelled like dirty socks, no make-up removal pads and we were not provided a written receipt on departure as we had asked. Again, same hotel brand as night before, very different experience. Wasn’t awful just a letdown from Jasper hotel."

"Clean room, nice amenities overall solid stay. Main note is it was understaffed and didn't seem overly prepared for large groups of patrons. Event at civic center got out at 11pm and hundred some people were turned away from the bar on a Saturday night. "
