"Out of the five hotels l stayed in during this trip around Japan the Wakoshi Tobu Hotel was easily my favourite. The room was very clean and very comfortable, also very nicely decorated. The room was larger than what l've come to expect in Japanese hotels. Overall l've stayed in hotels costing very much more which were not as nice as the Wakoshi Tobu Hotel and l would definitely stay here again on a future trip to the area. "The owners are very attentive, and present the Ryokan as your being a guest in their home. The traditional tatami is clean and comfortable. Lots of art and Japanese mementos all over, make you feel that you are in aJapanese home. Hot baths too!"

"The Wild Cherry Blossom hostel was a wonderful discovery.The staff were very friendly and knowlegeable about the local area.My cabin was a private room and was very comfortable and exceptionally clean as were the shower and bathroom facilities.The communal lounge and kitchen facilities were very well organised and spacious and there were many interesting events to participate in if you wanted. I would highly recommend The Wild Cherry Blossom."
