We checked in around 11pm the front desk was super friendly and even help show us to the building our room was in. they where super nice.

The hotel is beautiful. The people are so nice. I would suggest going to morning explore the island presented by the hotel. We won a free ticket to the zip lines. The pool was closed the first day due to rain but they had opened the next day.
