"We really enjoyed our stay here! If your main goal is exploring Oahu without getting stuck in Waikiki traffic every day, this hotel is in a great location. While it’s not on the beach, the hotel is brand new, the rooms are spacious, and everything felt clean and modern. The staff was friendly and welcoming, and the complimentary breakfast was a nice bonus each morning. The only downside is the parking fee, but that’s pretty standard for hotels in Hawaii. Overall, if you’re looking for a comfortable home base to explore the island while avoiding the congestion of Waikiki, this is an excellent choice. We’d definitely stay here again!"

"Great property right on the beach. No frills but that’s what we wanted-away from the hustle and bustle of the main tourist areas. Though we only used the pool and hot tub once-they were very clean. The view from our lanai was amazing and we started every day and ended every day out there. We used the BBQ grills once to cook dinner and they were a great inclusion. Overall we loved our experience-great for couples and families alike. If you are looking for a “resort” this is not for you."

"Where do I even begin? We came here to Hawaii to elope and celebrate the most important day of our lives, and we left with so much more than incredible memories—we left feeling like we had gained a new family. From the moment we arrived, every single person made us feel genuinely welcomed. Joy, Jill, Dee Ana, and every member of the Club Level team went above and beyond in ways we never expected. They didn’t just remember our names—they remembered our story. Every “good morning,” every conversation, every thoughtful gesture made us feel so special during one of the biggest moments of our lives. Planning a destination elopement can be stressful, but this amazing team made everything feel effortless. They celebrated with us, cheered us on, and made our wedding week even more magical than we could have imagined. The property itself is absolutely breathtaking, but it’s the people who truly make this place unforgettable. Their kindness, warmth, and genuine care are something you simply can’t put a price on. Thank you, Joy, Jill, Dee Ana, and the entire Club Level staff, for making our wedding week the most incredible experience of our lives. "This place is a hidden gem!! Tucked away in a beautiful town on a peaceful, serene bay with amazing staff!! Marissa was most helpful with recommendations that did not disappoint. I will definitely be returning."

"Room was clean. Staff was great. Breakfast was good but would have liked more local dishes. Didn’t like the fact that we had to pay $40 a day for parking !"

"The hotel is nice, good rooms, comfy beds and staff is very friendly. The one issue was this is in and possibly owned by Mormons, so there is no drinking by pool or anywhere really in the area. It’s close to the Polynesian center which is wonderful to see and experience. All in all, it was a good place. There is no beach so, you have to drive to one. Convenient to stay here while on north shore though. They give you face masks etc. great additions and there is laundry on site, which was wonderful!"

"We enjoyed our stay, the unit was very clean and had just about everything to cook, clean, do laundry, etc. The unit also had beach chairs, boogie board, and some snorkel equipment. The views from the balcony or lanai were amazing. We saw turtles, seals and gorgeous sunrises and sunsets from the lanai. The property is being revamped but that slight noise didn’t bother our stay at all. Overall we were pleased with everything and we hope to stay again in the future!"
