They don't clean their rooms daily unless you ask and even then they do so reluctantly and not complete. Dirty mugs left for 3 days, ice bucket left with melted ice for 3 days. They need to remember that they are a hotel and not try to lower the bar on what it means to stay in a hotel. Too bad because ...
