"We have stayed here a couple years ago and it was nice, this time not so much, jacuzzi wasn’t working, ice machine wasn’t working, window was filthy, our bathroom was very dirty, stained walls, baseboards had crud on them bottom of doors and walls had bad water damage, only one of the two lights over the mirror was working, the non working one looked like it was full of dirt and bugs. Probably won’t stay again."

"The house was very clean and cutely decorated. Brand new! We appreciated the use of the grill, fire pit, and outside tables. Darling spot close to Grand Canyon and the town of Williams."

"The hotel was off the main drag (but not tpo far), which was welcomed. Hotel on-site as well as a tavern. Both are very comfortable. Outdoor spaces to relax, if not too windy. Rooms were clean and maintained well. Laundry machines available for use. Staff were friendly and responsive. Only a couple of minutes from the Grand Canyon Railway (also recommended). Overall, a very recommended place to stay."

"It was fast and easy to check in. The property had a lot to be desired the room ,there was one light and there were 3 that were burned out. There were no soap or conditioner in the showers, there were no tables to put your belongings. Other than that, I rate you 2 stars, maybe. I almost forgot the trains at 1 2 and 3 o'clock in the morning."

"On the plus side: Room is immaculate. Hotel nice and clean, staff friendly and efficient. On the negative side (Expedia doesn't tell you) the hotel's pool/jacuzzi are closed for construction, and not likely to open any time soon. Maid service hammers on the door at 8:20 in the morning what the heck!. The bed was made so that bottom sheet was 8" short of the end of the mattress, and sleeping on it would mean putting your feet on a mattress cover that doesn't get changed between guests, (ewww!)...

"Stayed at the cabin here. Has a tiny home vibe. Great location, excellent value for a family with small kids. They loved hanging out in the loft. My boy loves the Movie "Cars" and this place has a "Tow'Mater." The town of Williams has good food and a cool vibe. The pool was under maintenance which was a bummer. Still a great value!"

"We were told that the property was very close to the train station. So close you could almost see it. When we arrived we realized not true and the owner suggest we should drive because we would likely be very tired after the trip you the canyon to walk back anyway. Room was ok. Lamp was reported broken but not fixed. Just ok. Lots of other options in town."

"We had a great stay at Ellsworth. The rooms were very clean and comfortable, and the location is extremely convenient, especially if you want to explore downtown Williams. There is also plenty of parking available, which made our stay even easier. The only issue we encountered was that the TV was not working properly complicated to operate. Other than that, everything was excellent, and we would definitely consider staying here again."

"The room was clean, and the location is convenient with many places nearby. My check-in and check-out experience at the front desk was great. However, I had a disappointing experience with an older staff, I don't know if he is the security guard or a hotel helper, he is Indian man. The way he approached and spoke to me very rude and unprofessional. I hope the management can improve customer service and ensure guest are treated respectfully."
