"We do not recommend this hotel if you are coming from non-English speaking countries. The front desk receptionist who was also Asian like us had a terrible attitude and was lazy and did not even greet us. However, she was very friendly to white American travelers. We speak perfect English but we felt we were ignored and were not explained about how to enjoy the facility well because we came from Japan. "Everything was clean for the most part. The suite has seen its days there was a black stain towards the end of the sheets. Other than that the stay was comfortable and located next to great foods & convenient stores."

"Having a breakfast buffet daily was so helpful while on a work trip. We were there for 2 weeks and hospitality was amazing. Staff were helpful. Anytime we left the room, our room was cleaned by the time we returned. It made our stay away from home very pleasant."

"Restaurant and café were also very good and a voucher towards the purchase was generous. The only thing was that the room was set to 65-68f and not changeable (thermostat control does not work). Even when I turned off the fan, I could feel cold air coming in. So it's perfect for people who like the room to be cool. But for me, it was VERY cold."

"I really disliked the parking situation! $55/day for valet parking, no other option. The driveway was incredibly narrow and difficult to turn into. Gets backed-up at night-had to sit in the street to wait. There was a terrible noise that sounded like a shower running but it was constant our whole stay. Our fridge stopped working & was very hot, both inside & out. We notified the front desk and it was replaced immediately with an already cold fridge which was greatly appreciated! The 2 queen...

"never staying here again. paid for a suite got a small room with fireworks in bathroom and next to bed, the sink wasnt working good, tiles in bathroom peeling up and wouldn’t move us til next day. had to wait til 3pm for a different room which had hair on sheets, issues with toilet and overall not what i paid for. One elevator was broken and the one working wasn’t working well. the last day we checked out they shut off the water for the whole hotel which made it inconvenient being we had babies....
