Form needed to stay didn’t work correctly online and multiple attempts to contact the office failed. No air conditioning so not able to be in the condo during the day as it was too hot. Upstairs bathroom tub too slippery for safety. Needs map of complex to show how to get to pool and grills. Was very well stocked and nice view from both floors.

Owner very responsive. Provided cooler and beach items. Great location. Only negative is the carpet is old and the couch is near needing replaced but otherwise great condo. We would stay again.

Property was close enough to Kailua and the beaches if we wanted to be in the town, but far enough that we enjoyed the quietness of the area around the property. It will fully stocked, clean, and comfortable. will probably book again on our next trip to Kona. I highly recommend it. Loved the 2 lanai's and the view is amazing!
