The apartment are old but spacious and well care. The carpet could have been changed for hard floor a long time ago. Washer, dryer and dishwasher in the apartment are a plus. The pool area with the restaurant is nice and kid-friendly.

Nice property, our go to anytime we stay on the Big Island. It's in a great location near Kona, the airport, and a lot of activities. There are a lot of things to do at the property as well, including a pool, volleyball courts, grills, etc. The room is very spacious. It has a full sized kitchen, washer/dryer, dining room, and living room. It also has nice sized rooms and bathrooms.

The Guest Services staff was incredibly helpful and courteous. Always willing to help. The condo unit was clean and provides all amenities needed - from pool towels to dish soap. If you need anything additional they are happy to provide. The bed was very comfortable. Unit was a little outdated but worked for us. There are Bbqs all over the property to use and are cleaned daily. Restaurant had a daily happy hour and live music every night. Highly recommend for all ages!

Close to one of the Hawaiian Heritage National parks. The island only about a 2 1/2 hr drive from Kona to Hilo so easy to epwrience the different climatic conditions on the island. The resort was well kept and had good security. The unit was roomy and had an expansive balcony porch for alfresco eating or just enjoying the view and listening to the birds. Decor style is a little dated, but in good condition. Although on the far edge of Kona, it was within walking distance to a small shopping mall for groceries or dining. The resort had a couple of pools and a nice restarant. We were very satisfied with our decision to stay here..

Excellent condo-like home (LR, dining area, full kitchen, laundry, large bedroom and two bathrooms). 18 two story buildings a bit packed together. Pools, fitness center, play areas. A bit far from nearest beaches. Generous parking. Not inexpensive but, for us, well worth the cost.
