The room was the most poorly equipped condo we have ever stayed in. Very few kitchen utensils, tiny skillets, tiny coffee pot. No food storage bags or covered containers. Rusty freezer. The outside facilities were nice, clean pool and hot tub, nice gas grills. Not enough umbrellas for shade. Stayed in E3, below street level. Would not recommend.

Staff are friendly and respectful. Location was excellent convenient to down town with live night life. The room was not clean. They had maintanance reconstruction with very disturbing noise from 8 am to 5 pm. If I have knew it before I did not book this place. There is no relaxation time at the place and they blocked access to balcony. It isnot pleasant stay in this location.

Great location! Our room was 20' from the ocean and easily walkable to shops and restaurants in Kona. The woman at the front desk was awesome. She was friendly and had great advice and tips for the area. The unit itself was nice and spacious but could use a few small fixes, mainly the bathroom.

The room was not bad. It had all the needed amenities. Dates slightly but was afforable however the the hotel didnt advetise major jack hammer building work when we booked and payrd for our stay. It was posted several weeks later the week before we left for the trip. I thought well at least as long as we r not on the side the construction is happening we will still be able to enjoy some peace whole on vacation the reason whu i booked this trip. No. The first morninf waking up thetr at 8 02 am there is a man on our lanie literally running a jack hammer to tear up the concrete. The entire room shoot and was so loud my partner and i couldnt speak to one another. This was so disrespectful and the point of booking a besch fromt place was for peaceful relaxation and dining and relaxing on the lanie in the mornings and evenings. We had to spene out entire week traveling around the island from 8 am till 5 pm when it was quiet again . When i exptessed my concern to the front desk and asked for a room change i was not sympathize with or offers a refund. The hotel could have least coordinated that stays for each week of unit construction be booked on an opposite unit to not be so unbearingly disruptive to guests. Thank god i didnt bring my infant. We didnt get to even use the room to cover the costs as we had to remain gone all day each day . Keep cirtains closed as men were right there at the sliding glass door as we woke. So awkward and uncomfortable and exhausting not getting one n

The location was great. The condo- needs some upgrades and repair work. The main bedroom was nice enough. The bathroom- counter was cracked, ceiling obviously had some water damage and what looked like black mold. The shelf was dirty and paint peeling, cabinets were peeling. The table in the living room was cracked in a lot of places. When you spend that much money to stay somewhere you expect it to be nice. They also charged a utility fee. I have never had to pay that anywhere. It is included in the room cost. Garbage disposal was not easily accessible.

This is a hidden jewel! It’s well-run, well maintained, minutes from downtown Kona, units are spacious and almost all have an ocean view. We love that it’s on the ocean, has a lovely pool, and is not a large complex.

Overall, our accommodation was quite good! The room facilities were a bit outdated, and the bathroom sink was a little small for a family of three. Room B23 had a great view, overlooking the ocean, trees, and beach. The kitchen stove was convenient for preparing simple meals. The washing machine and dryer came with laundry detergent, which was very convenient for doing laundry – a real necessity in Hawaii! The beds were comfortable, and the sofa bed was also quite comfortable. The downsides: the housekeeper only cleaned the room once, and for the rest of the time, we had to request towels and other necessities from the office. There were some small cockroaches in the room, but I think this is unavoidable due to the climate of Hawaii.

The location was great. The condo was clean, and well supplied. The resort offered use of basics such as coolers. Chairs, boogie boards etc so we didn't have to purchase our own. We had a lovely time and will definatly go back!

The room had everything that we needed. Very convenient, very quiet. Staff is very friendly. The view is spectacular, and the pool and hot tube were very relaxing after a long hot day on the beach.

The customer service was good. They responded in a timely manner. Overall a good stay. My only complaints were that I didn’t like that our patio also connected to the neighboring rooms. The couch also had a weird smell that had us avoiding sitting on it.

Underwhelming first impression. Kinda run down but not bad. Pretty good location with a short walk into town - though it’s on a busy road with no sidewalk. Nice staff in the office who are helpful. You can use beach stuff. Condos are spacious and kitchen pretty well equipped. Bed is ok. AC had issues but was promptly fixed. There are some bugs in the cupboards and around in general, but nothing too bad. We can recommend this place if you don’t need anything fancy or upscale, and value space and a kitchen, and overall value. If you’re celebrating something, might be better to step it up a notch. One criticism- although there’s signs everywhere about quiet hours, we had the room above us having furniture moved around from 7am for over an hour.

Loved the resort, great location, our unit E02, not so much. Very musty, damp, floor was filthy. They were very responsive to my complaints, but reconsider if booking E02. Would go back again.

The place was nice! Nothing fancy, but big and with a good kitchen. The patio was nice, but looked out onto the public beach where some rough locals were constantly hanging out. Great walking distance to tourist trap area.

Easy late check-in option. Wonderful views of the ocean. Easy walking into town. Perfect space for two. Lovely outdoor space on patio and outdoor dining around the pool.

Awesome guest service. Very generous, kind and friendly reception managers. We had a chance for late check out and communication for check in with a door code was easy and fast. Refill of toilett paper, soap, towels, kitchen things etc was done without asking. Details well arranged and all you need, in the center, at the beach… what do you want more?! 🤗
