"dans la chambre plusieurs mobilier était cassé, nous n’avions qu’un seul linge, la douche coulait et donc la salle de bain était trempée, rue très bruyantes, porte fenêtre cassée donc impossible de la fermer
le soir le personnel est venu toquer à notre porte 2 fois à 22:30 pour des raisons étranges … en tant que femmes nous ne nous sommes pas senties en sécurité "

"Very pleasant and helpful staff (particular thanks to Mohammed, the overnight receptionist). Basic but clean, well located, and very fairly priced. Staff are very responsive and welcoming. Basic breakfast is included and staff provided bottled water. Would happily stay again. Thank you."

"The staff was amazing. The front desk was open 24 hours with someone available to accommodate your concerns.
Very knowledgeable and helpful navigating the city.
Breakfast was lovely. I had breakfast on the terrace every morning. The staff was available to serve you coffee, tea, juice, water, etc. etc.
It was a great place to connect with fellow travelers, and the cool breeze in the morning was very inviting.
