"The staff was amazing. The front desk was open 24 hours with someone available to accommodate your concerns. Very knowledgeable and helpful navigating the city. Breakfast was lovely. I had breakfast on the terrace every morning. The staff was available to serve you coffee, tea, juice, water, etc. etc. It was a great place to connect with fellow travelers, and the cool breeze in the morning was very inviting. "

"dans la chambre plusieurs mobilier était cassé, nous n’avions qu’un seul linge, la douche coulait et donc la salle de bain était trempée, rue très bruyantes, porte fenêtre cassée donc impossible de la fermer le soir le personnel est venu toquer à notre porte 2 fois à 22:30 pour des raisons étranges … en tant que femmes nous ne nous sommes pas senties en sécurité "

"도착하자마자 아이스커피와 쥬스를 제공해주었는데, 그것은 우리를 위해서 밖에서 사온것이었습니다. 이것으로 이 호스텔의 친절도는 급상승했습니다. 더불어 고양이를 무서워하는 나를 위해 고양이를 넣어두었습니다. 너무 미안하고 감사합니다. 내가 아닌 고양이를 좋아하는 사람이라면 환상적인곳입니다. 예쁘고 순한 고양이가 있거든요~^^ 더불어 조식을 방으로 가져다주었습니다. 때문에 오붓하게 식사할 수 있었습니다. 모든 직원이 친절합니다 "
