"To begin, the parking was terrible. I needed handicapped parking but there was only 1 handicapped space which was next to 3 spaces for Diamond members only, and all other parking was down a hill. It was free but I had to walk up the hill every time I parked. When I checked in and was given my room key I made my way to my room, but the card said to at my phone was now my room key and I needed to open and use my Hilton Honors app. I have the app but couldn’t get it open and was trying to change...

"The staff was great but despite my room being a no smoking room, it reeked of cigarette smoke."

"Pool was nice. Gym was average. Rooms are beat up, flooring peeling. Four points chain used to be very nice, they have let them run down."

"Parking lot: big dog poop, homeless people hanging out. One night the police were in the parking lot watching. Room: pungent smell when opening the door. We had to air out the room for quite some time. We were not sure about insects, but they ended up not being any so we stayed. Appeared to be a halfway house and a lot of commotion going on. I would never go back and advise anyone to go in."

"We were pleasantly surprised to find such a charming facility available for budget prices. The courtyard, the trees and the pool and hot tub were all excellent and well maintained. No wonder they were entirely booked full!"

"Air conditioning does not work well and everything is old. I’ve stayed here twice now and both times was not impressed. The location is good."

"This "motel" is filled with homeless and is not in a very good part of town. Several occupants appeared to be living out of the motel. The walls are so thin you might as well be in your neighbors room. The furniture and decor of the motel needs a refresh. The employee were very nice. I guess it's a get what you pay for type of place. Lasted one night and changed hotels. "
