"The room was small, but clean. The property is lovely with chickens roaming around, cats sunning and chief Tim picking fresh herbs to use for your homemade eggs and Belgian waffle breakfast. If we get a chance to come back I want to do the wine tasting and bonfire."

"We loved the beautiful house of the bed & breakfast- have never stayed in one before. Lake view and walkable to many shops and restaurants. We drove mostly due to the heat wave we had. Nice breakfast every morning. One day the owner was sick and we had to fend for ourself but she gave everybody a 50$ credit on our stay. We have not received yet, but just checked out. Their policy is every other day and that is fine but on Sunday evening when we returned to our room from the day nothing had been done! "The grounds definitely need some landscaping and upkeep done - not a great first impression on arrival. Seems to be operating on a very slim staff - takes a while to get someone on the phone. The room appeared clean and tended to. Breakfast was included by nothing looked very appetizing - the coffee was horrible. "Room and bathroom were clean. Breakfast good - the usual. Bathroom tub caulk at bottom dirty, needs to be redone as well as baseboards. Paint in room was touched up but color match off. Men were working on the hallway which is a good sign - new management taking steps to fix up. Prices are very high for what you get but all the hotels in the area were comparable.
