"Stepping into the Kalamazoo House felt like being transported back in time. The breakfast, prepared by a culinary chef, was absolutely delicious, and the staff was incredibly friendly and accommodating. A truly wonderful stay!"

"I can't believe that I am a Hilton member and they charged me for bottled water!!!
There is no way to adjust the temperature in the rooms, because of the cement ceilings and floor it was very cold and unwelcoming. All the construction made it difficult to enter and exit from the street side.. Not sure I would stay here again,"

"Location is ideal. Plenty of bars, restaurants & shops close by. Clean room, excellent pillows. Downside elevator was very slow, no mini fridge in rooms, loading & unloading parking is pretty much nonexistent."
