"It was a communication issue between the front desk and the valet ,cause on 2+ occasion I've called them to ask for our car be pulled around and we got downstairs and they hadn't pulled the the car around"

"The property was well kept and very clean. The pillows are small and not comfortable, there was only one luggage wheelie for all the guests. We had to make 3 separate trips to get our luggage downstairs. The staff were friendly and accommodating."
