"Had the most amazing time here at Sansal Chania Crête, the staff are amazing and so friendly, this is our first visit to Crete Sansal and we definitely will return, the roof top pool and bar was an added bonus, at times we had the whole pool area to ourselves which was fabulous, the bar staff were very helpful and knowledgeable of the area. "This is a nice modern hotel right near the beach and port. We had a view of the water and could walk to old town easily. The staff were very friendly and helpful. They gave us helpful answers to our tourist questions and were always available. Chania was a charming city that we wish we had one more night at. We would stay here again if we ever make it back."

"It was impossible to get to get a spot at the pool as people would put their towel and then disappear. There were not many chairs to accommodate this. Otherwise an amazing hotel that really goes out of their way to provide amazing customer service. I would stay here in a heart beat. The helped arrange a taxi to and from the airport, a rental car and upgraded our room without me asking for it. All very friendly and helpful."

"This hotel showed exceptional hospitality. We loved the room and the town. Breakfast was very good and seating was in the outdoor garden area. One thing to note is that getting luggage to the hotel can be a bit challenging because of its location. However, when we checked out, the staff kindly offered to help carry our luggage back to the main street where our car was parked. Their thoughtful service made a great stay even more enjoyable."

"We really enjoyed our stay here! The room was extremely comfortable, the air-conditioning worked perfectly. Had a beautiful balcony to look out of. And it was very clean with daily treats, being left and flowers on our pillows.
