I liked the location directly opposite the beach, there are no Sun loungers but hotel will provide a beach towel but it’s quiet and not touristy. "An hotel in a great location on the harbour waterfront. Possible for taxis to drive to the rear of hotel. All major attractions of beautiful Chania can be reached on foot within 10-15 minutes. I had a very decent sized bedroom with a balcony. Good quality linen. Bathroom also a decent size with roomy shower. Excellent breakfast buffet with wide choice of options. Cooked options to order - as with orange juice and coffee ! Evening dining options very well presented and delicious. Friendly and helpful staff with excellent service throughout the hotel. Highly recommended."

"Overall beautiful resort, but the “luxury” rooms have a view of an empty lot, an abandoned building covered in graffiti, and the very busy street. The pools on the deck are not heated so for us were too cold to use despite warm weather. None of the other beautiful pools were heated either so no one used them. Many people sitting around it but no one could use it because it was so cold. Our bed was not comfortable at all, but the pillows were great. 😊The staff were lovely, very helpful. Airport transfers were great, on time and well organized. We did not particularly like being so far away from Chania, taxis are expensive and sometimes difficult to get when you want one. Our mistake for booking so far out!! We assumed it would be easy to get to and from town, but it really wasn’t. We ended up renting a car, but also very limited parking at the resort. We drove all over, found amazing places to visit and spend the day. The beach near the resort is not very nice at all, not really usable, very windy. The food at the resort was fantastic, dinners especially. So fresh."
