"The room was clean, spacious, and odorless. However, upon entering, it was noticeable that there seemed to be some confusion among the staff regarding how guests should be welcomed. We were there for a wedding weekend and they were fully booked and they didn’t have any rooms to move us to. They said they may be able to move us the following day. All the rooms had dirty with black moldy bathrooms and disgusting shower curtains. 1 of the rooms also had disgusting marks on the headboard. All the rooms had filthy lampshades. I complained straight away they attempted to clean 1 of...

"This hotel has bicycles available for guests, and most of the staff is very attentive. Unfortunately, the gentleman working in the coffee shop was unable to make me a cappuccino with lactose-free milk, and when he finally did, it tasted terrible. He still charged me for it, and then asked if I could pay his bill so he could go upstairs. Aside from him, the rest of the staff was amazingly friendly and welcoming. The rooms are great, and I loved the story times they have every day! The location...
