"This hotel is just one year old. It is in a beautiful location even for a weekend getaway from Jakarta. The hotel is very well managed and the staff is excellent. I ordered room service a few times and the food and preparation was really excellent. I was pleasantly surprised in all aspects."

This hotel is totally outdated! What shown in all the website is not even near the ambience It had. I’m totally disappointed for a hotel that claims to be 4star.
