Jayne and Monica were great to take care of us, can’t say the same about the rest of the staff, we actually got up and left Kukui’s one morning because we waited for 15 minutes and was never acknowledged. Luckily there were other places off property to walk to so we really didn’t eat on property after that."

"57 $ resort fee+ 20$ parking × 1 week= 539$ expect to pay that on top of your booking payment. There was construction outside our windows. Our bathroom sink leaked all over my makeup and toiletries. They fixed the leak. The food prices were expensive. Beds were comfy, rooms clean, nice games for kids. Beach is not for swimming. Hotel was located by lots of restaurants and stores."

"This place should change its name to "Garden Isle on the Beach". The grounds are absolutely beautiful and impeccably maintained. Perfect location with Coconut Market Place right there with shops and restaurants. The Lava Lava Club next door was an awesome place to eat!"

"It was just embarrassingly ghetto… youd think for $2000 a week the room wouldnt have a midge infection. I would actually recommend looking at the resort next-door. It looked a lot better and I regretted not looking more into that one. Sorry about my poor review, but this place was not exceptional in any capacity. It was an average dirty hotel with overpriced rooms. The rooms do not look anything like they do in the photos. If you’re reading this, please do yourself a favor and go somewhere else."
