"Check in kamar ada kecoa"

"Kamar bisnis cukup luas dan kamar mandinya bersih, reception area kecil, ruang makan pagi juga kecil, variasi makan pagi cukup lengkap. Secara keseluruhan rombongan kami 10 orang cukup puas dengan kondisi hotel yang menyatu dengan mal."

"Nice "

"Great location in Ketapang. Plenty of restaurants nearby and shopping. Small grocery store next door and a mini mart few doors down from that. Hotel has great bikes for rent if you are brave enough to get out on that road. ;0)"

"Kamar bersih,, staffnya semua nya ramah dan helpfull..sarapannya juga bnyak variasinya.. Bakal ksini lagi sih.. "

"Reservasi 2 minggu sebelumnya namun tetap saja ketika check in tidak sesuai pesanan, shower toilet bocor dan suara kamar sebelah sangat berisik tembus ke kamar saya. Kelengkapan toilet standard hanya sikat gigi- odol dan sabun-shampoo saja padahal hotel bintang 4. "

"Good"

"I have stayed in other hotels in banjarbaru but they were not nearly as nice as the upscale hotels in banjarmasin, until now. Grand maya is on the same level as the best of banjarmasin with a better price point as of now, and although I was unsure about being in the middle of both cities it actually worked out better as i I travel to both."

"Ok"

"Secara keseluruhan baik, harga sesuai. Tentunya pasti ada yg kurang spt kolam kecil, airnya agak keruh, suara2 di gangway terdengar ..tapi menurut aku sesuailah dgn harganya."

"The location was good with food and entertainment at your doorstep. The staff were very helpful and respectful. The room cleaning was intermittent with partial cleaning done when they did come. Room service was difficult due to language barrier. The food was very good though for the room service and breakfast."
