"No Wi-Fi any where, I don’t mind that, but, advertising with the statement of free Wi-Fi is a lie. It is not acceptable. I faced no electricity for all night too. No small carts are buggies are available for transport of guests or passengers. Evening walks with iPhone light is scary and impossible on rainy nights. "Behaved like a new hotel, tried to over price pre booked room stating peak season. Rushed check out resulting in forgetting a wrist watch. Over priced lunch buffet which is not value for money. With a kid in tow unnecessary rush created for check out, checked in an hour late, hotel key card was disabled leading to room not getting open to speed up check out. Made guest wait to check if room amenities were in working condition, meaning guests were not trusted."

"Beautiful property with attentive staff, however missing a few marks to be considered a 5 star lodge. A room for 2 only came with 1 hand towel and no wash clothes. The shower needs a floor mat. It is dangerously slippery when wet. Slippers are provided, but no bathrobes. These touches make a huge difference. Handrails along the stairs outside leading up to the restaurant as well as inside our suite were non existent making this another dangerous area. Breakfast was acceptable but dinner most nights needs major help. With the property at the top of a windy road you are captive. The chicken was boney, fish was minimal and sauces were blah. Just our opinion but we were disappointed."
