"To begin, it took over an hour to check in. Granted, we came about 30 minutes before check-in so we understandably waited, but was confused when it was well after the stated check in time. "Lovely property. Great rooms. Beautiful pool. Just be aware no food available on site but the availability of Grab food delivery and tuk tuks to take you anywhere using Grab app with almost immediate service. Owners are lovely and very helpful. Nothing is a problem. If you want a small hotel with great ambience try it."
