"Our stay at the Hilton in Hawaii was extremely disappointing, especially considering how much we paid. From the moment we arrived, the experience was off—there was no one there to greet or assist us, which immediately set the tone.
One of the biggest issues was the elevator system. It was completely disorganized and frustrating. You have to enter your floor into a kiosk, which then assigns you an elevator—but in reality, it was a hot mess. We waited nearly 20 minutes just to get upstairs...

"Pool chairs were not very comfy. no cushions and lots of kids at the pool at all hours. Plus, you can not see the ocean from the pool so it just feels like you could be anywhere. The hotel next door A/C unit faces all the poolside rooms so even though we had an ocean partial view all we heard was a massive heating and air unit. Beach is suppppper small and basically unusable for adults. The staff, restaurant on site and rooms were great. Very nice, clean and updated."
